Do you guys remove prices for gifts?
Yes!, just enter in gift order in the comment box at checkout, also you may want to think about express shipping if this order is needed for a birthday gift or special event.

Yes, we ship to APO and FPO addresses. Since we use the United States Postal Service, customers shipping to APO or FPO addresses should put the United States as their country and use domestic shipping options and rates.

How do I track my package?
First Class Mail and Priority Mail come with a Delivery Confirmation number that is updated online at http://www.track.snarfdog.com ; please have your phone number on hand when tracking. when we ship your order. A Delivery Confirmation number is similar to a tracking number, however information about the progress of your shipment is usually not updated until the day your shirt is delivered, and sometimes it says the package was delivered a day or two before it actually arrives in your mailbox.
Express Mail comes with a tracking number that will be sent to you via email when we ship your order.
For international orders you are given the custom's form number which cannot be used to track the package. Sorry!

What size shirt should I order?
Our T-Shirts and Hoodies are cut to be a bit more fitted than your standard t-shirt. They are also 100% cotton so you can expect them to shrink a bit, Click here for a

Can I use more then one coupon at a time?
All offers are not valid with any other offer, if you attempt to add more then one coupon the cart will default you back to the regular price for each item, you would then need to re-enter the first coupon again.
I was sent the wrong shirt/I was sent a defective shirt.
If you received the wrong shirt or the shirt we sent you is defective, do not just mail it back to us. Please contact us with your order number and specifics on what we messed up, and we will take care of it for you.
How long before my order arrives?.
Orders are produced in the order that it is placed, sometimes orders take a few days, other can take up to 30 days; That being said, please allow up to 30 days for your order to ship. 30 Days is generally rare, however sometimes the bigger sizes and special requests such as the "fitted tees" and special colors can cause orders to be delayed, if you are in need of an order for a special event, such as a birth day, christmas gift, please contact us prior to ordering so we can prepare for your special request, once an order is placed for theses types of purchases generally can not be cancelled.
How do I exchange a shirt I purchased?
Unworn/unwashed shirts can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. The packing slip that was included with your order has the instructions for an exchange at the bottom of the page. If you no longer have the packing slip you can email us and we can let you know how to exchange your shirt.

What items can't I return?
We are sorry but due to the cost of t-shirts 2X-5X, we are not able to accept them for refunds. We will only exchage defective or items shipped in error.
How can I make a change to my order?
If you made a mistake on your order or would just like to change something, please email us and let us know. If your order has not been shipped out yet, we should be able to make the change for you. Please include the order number (if you have it), the name the order was placed under, the email address used for the order, and what you would like changed.
Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email?
Some email providers mark our confirmation emails as spam or block them completely. You can check your spam folder to see if the email arrived there. If you are not able to find it there you can
email us and we can confirm that the order was placed.
Do your shirts ever go on backorder?
We keep all our other shirts in stock but sometimes temporarily run out of a certain size of a design. We will send you an email right away notifying you of any out of stock situation. We will usually get the shirt back in stock within a week. Often our new shirt for the week is not yet in stock, hence the discount for pre-ordering it. This is always noted in the description. If you order a design that is up for pre-order, expect it to be delayed 1 – 2 weeks. If your order contains one or more shirts that are out of stock, then it will not typically be shipped out until all the shirts are in stock.
